Getting started

Complete the sign-up page, wait for your confirmation email, then log in and finish your details under account settings. Once we have verified them you can accept payments.

Requesting payment

Select send RTP, enter the details and generate an instant invoice, then share it by SMS, email or QR. Your client pays, you are notified, and the invoice moves from SENT to PAID on its own.

Single bulk settlement

Pay@ Go aggregates payments across every network and pays you one settlement, received in 5 days, with reconciliation reports per payment.

Managing requests

Track payment status, download bulk invoice payments, and edit or cancel requests that have changed.

What is Pay@ Go’s relationship to Pay@ Services?

Pay@ Go is a platform developed by Pay at Services (Pty) Ltd, a registered financial services provider, FSP No. 29423. It is a front-end tool built for the SME market that runs on the same bill aggregation and payment processing services Pay@ provides to its enterprise clients.

Where do I sign up for Pay@ Go?

Head to go.payat.co.za and complete the sign-up process there.

How do I sign up my organisation?

Click sign up and follow the steps. Whatever your organisation type — Pty Ltd, CC or sole proprietor — you create the business profile and the main user account at the same time. Provide the organisation and main user details, accept the terms and privacy policy, then complete your organisation’s details under Account Settings. Accuracy matters here: those details are used for KYC validation and are carried onto your auto-generated invoices and payments. Your organisation’s full details are required before you can transact.
