Access to information.
Each company in the group publishes a manual in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act No. 2 of 2000. The manuals set out what records we hold and how to request access to them.
Making a PAIA request.
Requests must be marked for the attention of the Information Officer and should contain “Application for PAIA Request” in the subject heading. We will process your request on receipt and respond within the period set out in the manual.
Promotions and competitions.
Terms and conditions for competitions we run with our partners. Each set applies only to the competition named in it.
